"Becky" the new administrator gave us timely updates and answers when needed. The installers "Steve and Les" explained the process while installing, explained how everything works and did a super nice, clean install for us. We really love our new sunroom, and others have said the same. Now it's time to furnish, decorate and enjoy the space.

I've been losing sleep over this qoute and im not sure how people afford this. I have done some digging and found out how much sub contracting they do. After talking to a few other people, the high pricing is making some sense.

We have been dealing with this company for over 6 months and the end product is trash. They damaged our property and left us with screens that are falling out and scratched frames everywhere they tried concealing with black spray paint.....save yourself before its too late. Update to the response: you guys are liars. I tried to get you to come get it for 6 months, and you refused. TIM - the service manager laughed at me when I ask for a refund. Once I decided court was the only option, why then would I allow you to come tear it all down and leave me with holes in my cocrete with a brand new decorative coating. 6 months of completely unacceptable behavior, and you want to leave me with a bunch of damaged property and refund me? I'd be worse off then having never called you. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Cowards.
