  Ahh, so now I understand why this company doesn't feature Customer Reviews on their website! I've had a standing appointment for more than a week for someone from Patio Enclosures (Indianapolis) to come to my house to give me a quote. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I gave lots of info about the project I had in mind. The company has my cell number, email address, etc.--i.e., several ways to contact me. Literally four hours before the appointment, the sales rep calls me to ask--again--for the details of the project I had in mind. It's a small-ish deck, and I wanted it replaced. First she demands to know my budget. I am not gonna disclose my budget before getting a quote--what an idiotic move that would be! After I give her the dimensions, she says, "Well, since it's just a deck replacement and not a sunroom, you know, that's gonna run you probably about $25K to $35K--because we subcontract for deck building, and that includes hauling away your old deck." Please note that a COMPOSITE deck of my size (some 210 square ft) should run about a total of $9K at the high end, including labor. I said, "Don't bother--but it would've been nice had this phone call happened several days ago," because the company totally wasted my time scheduling this appointment. She says, "Well, you called a call center, so...." PATIO ENCLOSURES SUNROOMS needs to get its ish together. Do NOT choose this horrid, overpriced, disorganized, exploitative company!

  Very professional. It was a challenging job due to converting a 24 year old screen porch that had flaws.

  We received and approved a quote in mid-October with a promise to have our job completed before Thanksgiving. We went with Patio Enclosures because of this timeline commitment, even though they were a little higher on price. Since then - communication has been absolutely terrible. They are quick to take your money, but once they have it, your on your own and at their disposal. They didn't even start our job until black Friday. Day one, and Installer came and only dropped off a ladder and a saw, and the material. Said it was Friday and he had things to do.....said we wouldn't see him that weekend. Monday came - he showed up after 10am, was done by 2:30, and maybe put up two pieces. No call - no show on Tuesday. Another half day Wednesday. No call no show Thursday/Friday. No response from Patio Enclosures. This is extremely bad service - after so much effort was put into selling the job, you get almost zero effort once they have your money.

  Got the top of the line screen porch. It is beautiful, and the compliments are still pouring in weeks later. High quality, installer was wonderful and conscientious (thanks Kevin), Jennifer was so helpful when my installation got stalled due to structural issues while new siding was being installed. Jennifer and Kevin deserve bonuses.

  I recently had a consultation with a representative from Patio Enclosures, and her name is Brooke. The meeting was a pleasure! I never felt rushed or pressured. Brook is very personable and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product and didn't make suggestions that made me at all uncomfortable about the process or the product. There are some steps that need to be completed for the work can start but I am extremely excited about the finished project!
