After the installation by Justin P., it’s clear why. He was knowledgeable about the product, showed strong craftsmanship, and was funny, which was an added bonus. I only wish I had installed this system years ago—the water quality is awesome.

Offered to sell us a new unit it or replace the resin tank. Softener is working great again. Update: I checked the softener today and it still has a small leak. Calling aqua systems again. Will report back after resolution.
