They refused to deliver our biweekly water supply, claiming we had an outstanding balance. This was only brought to our attention after we reached out to inquire about the missing delivery. When we eventually sent an email requesting a payment link to resolve the alleged balance, we were informed that no outstanding balance existed on our account. When we explained that this meant our office had been without water for a week due to their error, all the representative said was: “I do not work in billing, thanks” did not even care to apologize, explain or offer any assistance. It was clear they do not care to help! Actively moving both of our locations to a different company as soon as possible.
