  Our per-bottle delivery cost had increased (not from Aqua), so I started researching providers—including the company I was using—and Aqua was leagues ahead. After the installation by Justin P., it’s clear why. He was knowledgeable about the product, showed strong craftsmanship, and was funny, which was an added bonus. I only wish I had installed this system years ago—the water quality is awesome.

  Technician arrived promptly and got to work on our leaking water softener. Diagnosed our valve but also noticed that our water softener resin had depleted. Offered to sell us a new unit it or replace the resin tank. Softener is working great again. Update: I checked the softener today and it still has a small leak. Calling aqua systems again. Will report back after resolution.

  Dakota did an excellent job! He let me know when he was on the way, let me know what he was doing for the install, and walked me through each system. He made sure I had no questions left unanswered when he was finished. He cleaned up the areas as well. I would highly recommend Dakota.

  Christian was absolutely amazing. Easy to talk to and he was very comfortable and patient answering all of my questions. He also discussed warning signs to look out for in the future. We are very grateful to Aqua and him for coming out in this cold and helping us to such a high degree. Thanks again, Christian!!!

  Disappointed in my experience. My scheduled appointment was between 2-2:30. I responded to an appointment confirmation that I would not be available until 2:30. The rep showed up at 2 pm and I was unavailable. The rep wrang the doorbell and then left after a couple of minutes. He then texted me and let me know that he left. I texted the rep and let him know that I responded to a confirmation message and he had been contacting me via two different phone numbers. I did not receive an immediate response, so I called the company and was sent to voicemail after a brief hold. I called the rep back and he did not answer. The rep then called me back and apologized that he missed my text as the message went to his business phone. He said he couldn't return because he had an appointment on the Westside and tomorrow wasn't an option to reschedule either. He let me know that I could bring a water sample to them if I wanted to. I let him know that I'd start the scheduling process over and I'd figure something out. I decided to forego this company all together and find another company with better customer service. I recommend carrying both phones around if more than one is being used to contact the same potential customer. Also, make an effort to make up for mistakes on the same day that it occurred. Lastly, no customer wants to take time out of their day to bring a water sample to a company. I was expecting a rep to take a water sample and assess the issues during the first visit. Red flags everywhere.
