But from the moment I talked to Amanda and Shawn, I felt like I wasn’t alone anymore. The Restoration1 team arrived in less than an hour of initial contact and got right to work. They didn’t just clean up my house — they treated my home and my belongings with so much care and respect. They carefully packed up my entire life, making sure everything was safe. They stood by me through the exhausting back-and-forth with my insurance company, handling the endless requests for pictures, proof, and explanations with patience and professionalism when I felt like I couldn’t take it anymore. What meant the most was how much they truly cared. They showed compassion, kindness, and understanding during a time when I felt completely drained. They were able to board up our home so that it wad secured and even take clothes to watch overnight so wed have some clothing for the following week. Cory was excellent at explaining contents and how the process would go. The girls wrapping and packing our belongings did an excellent job of keeping what we needed at the house and what could go. Worked with Kevin and Fabian throughout the mitigation and had a great overall experience with the company. They walked us through the insurance steps as well and worked great with our adjuster. These guys know what they are doing and we are so thankful we went with them!
