- JAJerry ArnettOct 10, 20253.0I had a leak at my Kitchen Sink, I set up an appt with tgese people, Today 10/10 tgey were suppose to arrive at 8 am,Somehow they got my address wrong, they also got my phone number wrong, tgey sent a young lady to fix the plumbing, she arrived look at the area and said I needed a new faucet, she'd get one cheap, she left came back an hour later,worked on the sink a half hour and charged $423 dollars! I learned they also charge for their drive time! I'm not happy! Not at all, plus, I still have a leak! For some reason, JE Shekell keep sending me HVAC people to take care of my plumbing issues? I'm wondering if they have electric conditions of they send the plumbers to those calls? I can't figure it out, I spent another weekend without a kitchen sink! They did finally complete the leak problem I had! I'm happy with the work they did,I was upset about how long it took to get the plumbing problem diagnosed and fixed! I just don't understand why it couldn't be see6 by people who's profession is plumbing! But it's done and again I'm happy now. Ty J E Shekell!
