Very unprofessional. But the actual work was good. Customer service afterwards was very poor as well, to the point that I said I would use someone else in the future. His response "I hope you do"
- NVNathan VNov 19, 20193.0It is a good price and they are very nice on the phone. They also did a good job. However, my appt was at 9am. They came and knocked on the door at 8:40am. I walked back in and saw them parked in the street. At 8:50am I then saw them leave!! At 9am the coordinator called to see if I was still good for this morning and said the crew must have gotten impatient to "wait" and went to another job. They returned 2.5 hours later:/
