They came out less than an hour after I called. All the other plumbers I called were booked until mid December!! We had an emergency! I can’t believe Bud’s was ready for it and had Kalob out there in less than and hour. Kalob was very friendly, courteous, and professional!! Although young, he was very knowledgeable and told me all he was doing. Bud’s is lucky to have Kalob and I’m glad they shared him with us during our dilemma!!! We didn’t know about Bud’s. I just happened upon them on a Google search. We will definitely use them from now on. Price was very reasonable. Thank you so much!!!

The tech was not very friendly just seem to be in a hurry to leave they said they were not locally owned anymore and they get bonus on sales.I called to ask why it was so high of a quote they pretty much didn't care so I googled it they did sell to out of state company. There estimate for work was almost $8000 for 100ft water line called bear was $6800 then stucki was $3800 waiting on 1 more defiantly get second opinions. It was definitely not the service I received a few years ago time to find a new plumbing company.

- DVDante ValentineNov 7, 20251.0These people have absolutely GOUGED us time and time again for insane amounts of money to fix issues in my house. $500 for a night call where all they did was move our pump. $800 to snake a drain. $8000 to replace the home to main street sewage line (and leave a massive lump in my yard they promised would eventually go away. I still hasnt over a year later.) And not a single one of our issues has been fixed.
