I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that Leland with Buds provided. We had a substantial pipe leak on some old Galvanized pipe. After calling 5 to 6 different area plumbers, only Buds was able to get someone out to actually fix the problem. Leland and his son were both very professional and knowledgeable, and knocked out the job with a quickness When others would have probably kicked the job to the next day.

Do not use this business. They had a technician install a clean out in my home for $1,000, which I late found out from the Newburgh inspector was not permitted, up to code, or inspected (which is required by law). They also lied and said I had roots in my sewer to the point that I needed an entirely new sewage line. When I tried to cancel using them I was threatened with a $7,000 bill for work that didn’t happen, and told I wasn’t allowed to cancel. After finally being allowed to cancel services with them (they quoted me $21,000 for an 80 foot sewage line), they invoiced me a $2,500 bill for work that didn’t happen and refuse to negotiate or even hear us telling them that the work did not occur. When I got a second opinion from Mark Adam’s plumbing today, I was informed that NOTHING is wrong with my sewer and Buds plumbing completely lied and tried to scam me out of $21,000. I will never use this business again and I will be informing everyone I know of their terrible customer service and integrity issues. I am still fighting for a refund for the $1,000 I paid for an incorrectly installed, not inspected clean out.

I was in need of an inspection of an electric water heater to satisfy the lender. There was a tankless which I replaced myself and the lender required a licensed plumber to inspect. Two very professional plumbers showed up in a very timely manner. I'm beyond happy with the outcome and so is the mortgage lender. We are all set to close as a direct result of the prompt and professional manner in which my issue was handled. Thanks Buds plumbing for all the help. I will always recommend your services to everyone.

The whole experience was amazing! Water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit and it was Christmas Eve, I called and the wonderful lady that answered the phone was so nice, she had to reach out to the techs that were still working and called me right back and got me scheduled for early the day after the holiday. Tech showed up in time and had my water heater changed out and ready to go in 2 hours!
Overall a great company, great people and an awesome experience!

I want to start out by saying that the workmanship that was done was very satisfactory and availability was good. They installed a new main shutoff and 2 emergency shutoffs in our basement. These were all easy to get to. No climbing ladders or anything. They were there maybe 2 hrs. They charged us $1177.00. I could see 5 or 600.
They still had most of the day to service other jobs. I will not be recommending them soley on pricing alone.
