  We are at the very beginning stages of building with Chapman, but if this is any indication of how our build will proceed then this will be one of the easiest home builds we have had; and we have built 3 other homes. From the moment we started working with the Team, in particular, Steve Dosett we have had nothing but great communication, a professional who knows the ins and outs of the process and just a genuinely nice human being. Building can be stressful, but it should also be exciting to see your vision come to life. We are beyond thrilled to hear about their suggestions and helpful ideas. You can't be a complacent builder regardless of how many homes you have built because each home is personal to the homeowner and should be treated that way. The Chapman team understands this. The best decision we made was to build and work with the Chapman home team. I encourage everyone else looking for a home to do the same.

  Chapman Homes did a great job building our home. Their whole team was very responsive and built exactly what we wanted in an amazing timeframe! We could not be happier with the way the whole process went from start to finish. I would highly recommend you talk with Chris, Tony and Steve about building your new home as they make the entire process smooth and the finished product is amazing!
