I've frequently had Technician Matt at my home and recently met Kevin and Rick - all of which would be welcome technicians. Will definitely continue to call them when needed!

- EMEmily MislivecekMar 3, 20261.0I was quoted $1650 to replace a part because my pilot light wouldn’t start because I hadn’t cleaned it since I moved in. (I didn’t know I was supposed to clean it). And he said if I replaced it that it would only last 2 weeks and I would have to buy a new water heater in 2 weeks and lose the $1650 anyway. I called and got a second quote from Bayer, and it was $487 to fix. The only issue was my heat setting was set way above level C and it’s supposed to stay at level B. So it got overheated. It does not need repairs or replaced.
- KHKaren HallFeb 28, 20263.0We called Bud's for an emergency call on Saturday. I understand it's was on a weekend and they had to drive to Henderson KY . The service and Tech was great but the price they charge us was ridiculous. The tech was only a my home for 30 minutes he unclogged my drain outside and it took care of the problem. But charging $629.00 dollars was kind of much if u ask me. I will probably not recommend them .
