Update: New furnace/AC installed in one day. Kenny and the other installer (I’m sorry I’m blanking on his name) were friendly and efficient. You can’t even tell they were here except that now we have heat!! Would highly recommend!!
- JTJoshua ThompsonMar 25, 20265.0We were in need of a new furnace and A/C. Called Church out, and John responded right away arriving on time. John patiently walked us through the process and gave us a couple options to go with. The price, in today’s market, was very reasonable. We even upgraded a couple things as we were within budget. The call was made on a Friday, had the service team out with the furnace the following Monday limiting our days without heat on cold March nights. The service team, Kenny and Steven, walked us through the process of installing the High Efficiency Furnace. Carefully plotting where the HE exhaust will be ran. Once the decision was made the team did a thorough job running all the lines for the install. Putting drop cloths down to limit the mess, and cleaned up leaving no mess once complete. From start to finish, the team did a great job. It was nice to have a good customer experience for once! Thank YOU!
