- DHDana HandJan 30, 20265.0Our furnace was acting all wacky during this cold spell and I called five outfits to come out and only CRE Mechanical would come. They came right away. However it was working fine (of course) when they got here. Taller Brandon had to come three times. Then he, the owner Chris, and shorter Brandon came and they worked like crazy replacing everything. My husband and I and Chris decided it was time for a new furnace. They were here at 8:15 a.m. the next day to put it in. They replaced the piping (which was horrible), made a few needed adjustments in the configuration, and we have a high efficiency furnace now. I appreciate their promptness, courtesy, knowledge and friendliness. Most of all, the price was reasonable and competitive. Thank you. PS: We got a credit for payments we already made (and one visit was free of charge) and we have a new thermostat. Overall, a great transaction.
