  Well, he did the duct work but had me caulk the duct myself for some reason. I asked that a blower fan to be installed since the duct is over 25 feet (30 +). He said it didn't need one and it would cost 5,000 for wiring. I found out this information is false and that it only costs a few hundred. Im a bit upset about that and if there is anymore condensation, I’ll be more than just upset. Paying over $800 seems pretty steep for just 3 feet of pipe. Not sure on star since I’m waiting to see if there’s any problems with condensation. Edit: Cox did a terrible job!!! Condensation continues. I am extremely pissed off!! Send someone else that knows what they’re doing since Cox made me become a member and doesn’t know what he is doing or talking about.
