- BABlake ArnoldAug 8, 20231.0Sped past our house 4 times before we finally had to flag him down (our house is in a subdivision and clearly marked). He was here for maybe 15 mins if that, only hooked up one pressure tester. We were told that there is a leak but he doesn't know where it is (he didn't take anything apart to even look)but 9/10 its the outside unit. Then immediately said we have get a whole new unit since ours is probably at least 25 years old (our house was built in 2009). Put us on the phone with his boss to get an estimate which was $8499. Before letting us go he thanked my husband calling him Jeff multiple times (his name is not Jeff). We asked if we could replace any parts or was there any other options we were told no but there is a $89 fee for the "diagnostic". Will definitely NEVER be calling them to fix anything again. I would at least liked to get an actual diagnosis of the problem is I already knew it was leaking before we called them, so we learned nothing new. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
