    These people dont want business. We needed our house insulated (re-blown). Called 5 separate times, over a 2 week period and was told "the salesman will call you and schedule a time" No one ever called, they still haven't to this day, and the residence is local to the business. We ended up hiring a business from another city, and was scheduled the same day...so.much for shopping local and helping the community.
