- DDDonMar 6, 20265.0Selection, ordering, measurements & installation were all handled without a problem. The installers were friendly, clean & professional. I had a large master bedroom & walk in closet done in 3 hours, including furniture movement, old carpet & pad taken up and removed from premises, the subfloor prepped and new pad/carpet installed. Very happy with the quality & service.

The showroom employee was super helpful and knowledgeable, the estimator was thorough and the installers were respectful and efficient. We absolutely love the carpet we received and it is still going strong after 4 years!

The installers did a great job moving my furniture and installing the carpet. I also had Yancey's install tiled in my walk in shower and both bathroom floors. I've done business with Yancey's since I purchased my townhome 25 yrs ago when the builder had them installed all the flooring. You can appreciate the personal services and knowledge that you can only get from a family owned business like Yancey's.

I think the ownership changed or something because the change was dramatic. The woman behind the counter was very rude and acted like she didn’t care about our business at all.
