  Visited several carpet stores looking for carpet for our bedrooms. Had the best experience and help at yancey’s. Kathy was very helpful when picking out carpet. Bruce did a excellent job with the installation. We are very happy and will definitely recommend them to others.

  We had a flood and our flooring was destroyed. Linda helped us pick out a vinyl plank floor that fit our needs and looks great. She is very knowledgeable about flooring options and she helped us get the best choice for our budget. The installation was done quickly and without a mess, very professionally. The living room turned out beautifully and the dining room and kitchen are amazing. The new floors from Yancey's totally changed the look of the various rooms. The install was done with lots of attention to detail. Everything turned out as good as we had hoped. For flooring, Yancey's is your best choice for price, selection, service and installation.

  We cannot recommend Yancey’s enough! Our sunroom desperately needed to be re-carpeted, but we did not know how to best go about it. From picking out the carpet itself to the installation, every step was easy with their guidance. They had excellent communication and were very kind. It is high quality carpet from a high quality business!!!

  I bought a section of carpet and pad from them earlier in the year (for a closet) and although I didn't have them install it(I have experience) they gave me a very good price. I also bought another section of pad from them a week ago for a different room (dog this time) and again was treated very fairly.

  I purchased carpet and installation from them. I expressed to them, that I wanted to place carpet over cement. They said they could do it. They installed the carpet and other then a few issues it looked great. The carpet does quite reach the walls on my stairs, you can visibly see the transfer from one carpet to the end, which bothered me but oh well. Here I am almost a year later and the carpet is becoming ruined in spots. I changed a room also with cement to a master suite and found that when carpet is installed over cement, it’s common practice to place insulation and another type of material over the cement so the water from cement doesn’t seep up into the carpet. This place did not do any of that and now I have a huge ugly stain and when I attempt to clean it…it just gets worse as it soaks up the stuff from the cement after trying to clean it. They didn’t even offer the option to insulate it or anything. I’m completely disappointed…I don’t plan on ever coming back to them. This particular spot has a slight dip in the cement, you can feel it and this spot continues to get bigger.
