  We recently finished a major home renovation with Custom Home Medic, and we’re thrilled with the results. The CHM crew was onsite every day, and their craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they take pride in their work. Adam kept the schedule and trades organized, Russ and our designer aligned on the design direction and architecture details, and Quentin made the planning and process straightforward throughout. A major highlight was the work from William and the Amish cabinetry team; the custom cabinetry and specialty woodwork (cabinets, vanities, built-ins, mantle, beams, hood, island) are incredible and truly elevated the entire project. CHM also coordinated well with our HVAC contractor and the other trades, which kept things moving and avoided unnecessary delays. The transformation of our home is better than we imagined, and we would highly recommend Custom Home Medic, especially Adam, Russ, Quentin, Chris, Daniel, and the rest of the team, to anyone planning a renovation.

  I purchased a 4 yr old home. The previous owners relied on table lamps for their main light sources which was inadequate. Quinton and Russ designed a voice activated system of ceiling lighting in my living room, dining room and office. They quoted a fair price, met my time schedule, and completed the job before I moved in. Chris, their electrician, was professional, on time and neat. There wasn't a spec of dry wall dust or debris to be found anywhere after he had finished the job. I am using them again for additional work. I give them an A plus. They are a well rounded team.

  We had a house fire January 2024. The day after, I talked to Russ, He and Quintin were at our house that afternoon sizing up the situation and began the process to get our home back. This, in itself, helped relieve a lot of the anxiety and stress of the journey we were beginning to take. Were there surprises along the way? Yes. But, Custom Home Medic is excellent at communicating what needs to be done and why. At each step of our rebuilding process, Adam, Russ and every member of their team were kind, patient, and professional. Holly and I are grateful for the quality of work Custom Home Medic did for us and helping turn a bad situation into a positive outcome. Thank you.

  We interviewed and received estimates from several companies and decided on Custom Home Medic because they came up with the best design within our budget. I loved the 3-D rendering of what the kitchen would look like and appreciated that it was easy to make adjustments, such as adding a wine/beverage center to the kitchen. The 3-D rendering allowed us to move cabinets around and move the microwave from an above counter microwave to a below counter microwave. We quickly could see how the changes would look. The customer portal really helped with communication and Adam was very accommodating to changes we made even as the kitchen was underway. The remodel of the kitchen included taking down a wall, closing up a doorway, new flooring thru out the entire house, bedrooms, hallways, living room, kitchen and we were very pleased with the results. Adam worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the final results. We absolutely love the new kitchen and flooring!
