Later I called for a septic estimate and it went to hell. I had to CALL them 5 days later to send the electrical estimate, and then they didn't show up for the septic estimate. I had to call them to find out why they didn't show or call.

They are always prompt on their scheduled times, do excellent work, and take the extra bit of time to make sure everything is neat and buttoned up properly. We've had 3 different service techs over and all were well-spoken, meticulous, and did great work. The office staff is very communicative and courteous, and the time between calling and having someone on site has been more than acceptable. We won't even think about using anyone else from now on.
