  Completely unprofessional service my unit that was supposed to be brand new was not Clayton’s home contracted them out and I wouldn’t even take a free unit from the 2 different coils went out the have to charge my heat 2 different times and made me run my aux heat for 3 months because a part that they were eating on couldn’t come in but had one in stock for another home that wasn’t even ready to have the unit put in… people like y’all should not be in business i got my unit last August and the amount of time this company has had to come out is ridiculous. Highly do not recommend this company.

  Called them yesterday and spoke with Taylor about scheduling a service. The technician called today and was here in around 30mins. 30 minutes later, he was gone and my furnace was working. He knew his trade. These guys are dependable. That in itself is worth a lot to me.

  I want to thank Eric an his tech for such a pleasant experience. Your service is top notch I will be directing anyone who needs a HVAC work done your way. The tech was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, addressed our issue and had it resolved in a timely manner Also arrived 1 hour before the time he had promised not to mention it was an after hours weekend call. Thanks again for your service .

  I have worked with Manufactured Housing Heating & Air for over 3 years now and highly recommend them! Very reasonable and personable!
