Ricardo met with us several times on site and listened carefully to understand the look we wanted to achieve. He answered our many questions professionally and was patient as we made our material choices and requested changes after seeing his mockups of the project. Once we had our plan together, Brandon took charge of organizing the subs who would do the heavy construction and siding replacement. He shared a detailed list of what we should expect during the project and how to prepare our home for the coming weeks of construction. With the exception of a few unexpected delays due to weather, his timeline was spot on. Once our materials arrived, phenomenal construction team of Adam, Adam, and JD arrived to install our new windows and front door. They were always respectful of our home and ran a safe and clean jobsite. We are so pleased with the new windows and door, and how those changes improved the curb appeal of our home. Next the five members of the siding crew began the next phase of the project by replacing our existing siding with stone veneer and new siding. Each morning, they arrived on time and worked in a speedy, but careful efficient manner. They followed our complex siding plan to the letter, and we cannot stress enough their attention to detail and the pride they took in making our home look its best. When we asked for a change (a support post needed to be wrapped), Brandon and the team accommodated our request without hesitation. The gutter team built our new gutters onsite and installed them so quickly, we barely knew they were on the jobsite. When we were curious about how they built the gutters, they were kind enough to take the time to show us how their siding break worked. It was evident they also took pride in their work and enjoyed showing us their tradecraft. Again, we could not be happier with the outcome of the work the Koontz team did for us. We feel as if we have a brand-new home.
