I needed new glass in one window and about 8 new screens made. (I've tried doing it myself before and... Just no)They made new frames and they look so good! The window felt heavier than the other ones I have so I asked the very friendly woman, who was in an office why that might be and she said that, when possible, the use tempered glass, which is stronger. The fellow at the counter was also super.

- MSMatthew SlatkinAug 30, 20241.0Rude Service It took City Glass two weeks to call me back about a custom mirror and then another week to send someone out to measure then almost a week more to give me an estimate. When the manager said it would take another week to get it installed, I told him I felt “frustrated”. I did not say anything further than that, raise my voice or use a sarcastic tone of voice. However, he immediately told me to take my business elsewhere and wouldn’t reconsider. I tried to call the owner but was told he’s not actively involved in the business anymore. To be clear, I understand that broken windows from the recent storm come first, especially at the IU dorms (my son is staying in the dorms); however, this gentleman’s attitude was completely unacceptable and prevented me from keeping my business local as I wished.
- LMLewis MaudlinJul 31, 20245.0I needed 21 windows replaced because of cracked glass and bad seals. Instead of replacing the windows, I replaced the inserts. I spent about 10% of the cost of window replacement getting the job done. I ordered my inserts then got a call that they were in. I took my windows to City Glass and they replaced all the inserts in the window frames for less than I could have done it for myself. So happy with the work and the fair prices.
