  Free electrical check. Was very thorough and explained the problems at my level of understanding. Will didn't just verbalize the problems, he showed me the problems leaving me no doubt that they needed attention. He took lots of time with me even though it was late in the afternoon when he arrived. It wasn't until he was ready to leave that he casually mentioned that he still had another appointment. Now that is good service and I really appreciated it. Was willing to commit to over $8,000 in repairs.

  My A/C was not blowing or cooling at all. It would work for a day, then I’d turn it and the breaker off, then it would work the next day and break all over again. We initially thought we just needed more Freon; it couldn’t be a blockage because the A/C works sometimes. But, I called Chapman on a Friday morning and they sent out Nolan and he found the problem immediately. The coils had built up a bunch of hair and dust, so the fan couldn’t breathe. He cleaned the hair and dust off the top of the coils in minutes and sprayed this lovely orange citrus cleaner into the coils and it ate the rest of the dirt and dust inside the lines and came out of the A/C pipe outside. So cool to watch and be taught what was happening! Nolan was extremely knowledgeable and throughout. I really appreciate all that he did for us. The A/C is working perfectly now! This is actually the second time we’ve called Chapmans and they’ve sent Nolan out to help us. Two different issues almost a year apart. Nolan treating us so good, like actual humans beings and him being so smart, and knowing exactly what’s going on, is the whole reason we called Chapmans back for this new issue. Because last time we appreciated his help so much, we saved Chapmans phone number, so we could use them again. And we did lol! He deserves a raise! You don’t see people like that anymore who actually care about their customers and see them as other humans who also have bills to pay. Thanks again! We’ll definitely give y’all a call if we ever have any other issues some day. $99 flat rate for any visit and it was $200+ for the cleaning, so about $300+ for the service. But he said those little vents and coils are so delicate if you even slightly push down wrong, you will bend them and lose cooling capacity, so it’s not worth getting down on your knees and scrubbing it yourself. Plus I wouldn’t have had the right foam spray cleaner for the inside. Definitely worth it to not have to buy a new coil system for the A/C because you tried to save a few bucks by doing it yourself. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

  Heidi came to assess my situation and do some preliminary work. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After her visit, there will be more visits, with extensive work to do. She gave a great first impression of how this company will handle the work that still needs to be done.

  Nolan and Stone were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I called Chapman to het a second opinion on a HVAC system that I was told by a different company needed to be completely scrapped and that I needed a new system. Nolan and Stone found that not to be true and that the previous company that had come out had even pulled the fuse out of the component on the roof (that I couldn’t see) and even left the casing open so that weather could easily access the rest of the inside components and ruin those. Rather, they were able to identify the option, tell me the age of this system (which it was only 3 years old), and give me options to fix it for well under half the cost that I was quoted by the other company to unnecessarily replace the system. I highly recommend Chapman and Nolan and Stone in particular. Thanks for your professionalism and for IDing the problem and determining the fix.

  We are loyal Chapman customers and we have had three ejector pumps replaced in less than three years. Vonn acknowledged that this shouldn’t not be happening and was able to replace the pump and add a vent at no capital cost. Vonn was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how to prevent future failures. He answered several of my questions about the workings of the pump and how long is is supposed to last. I am confident that he will five able to fix the problem without issues.
