- JWjordan wyattJul 21, 20251.0Absolutely terrible. Moved into an apartment with my girlfriend, and the air does not work in the back bedroom. A tech from preferred mechanical came out to look at it. He agreed there was a problem. Once he "fixed" the issue, there was no change. He was called back out, and proceeded to be aggressive with my girlfriend while she was alone. So The only reason you should use this company is if you dont want your problem fixed, and want someone who is going to be aggressive and try intimidate women.
