  Austin has been such a great resource for me as a realtor and as navigating things at my own home! His wealth of knowledge on a wide range of projects and skills and insurance as well as being able to pull in different contractors to collaborate on projects — it’s been great! Very reasonably priced, honest & timely, with an emphasis on delivering information in a truly palpable and user friendly way so that theirs a solid understanding of the work, with everyone involved! Also, anyone that loves ranch as much as I do, is a winner in my book 😊

  Austin was a huge help. My roof, gutters and decking all needed replaced due to hail. Austin identified the problems, showed up when the inspector arrived and walked him through the issues and further assisted me working through the approvals with insurance. The replacement work was done very timely and at minimal inconvenience to the folks living there. Quality of work looks good and I’ll use Maddox again when future roofing issues arise at any of my real estate properties.

  Austin was fantastic to work with! We have been having some complex issues in our new home, and he spent time listening to each issue, helping me break it down item by item, and gave a solid education for me along the way. Now, we're putting together an action plan for next steps, and I feel much more confident in moving forward. Overall, he was kind, efficient, and is a pleasure to work with.   First time doing a full-renovation! I didn't know what to do or who to reach out to. I got ahold of Austin from Mattox Roofing & Restoration. He visited the property and I immediately knew I was in great hands. This house was in unlivable condition and Mattox Roofing & Restoration completely transformed it. I was hands off and let them run with it and couldn't be happier. They added a new roof, fixed the foundation, complete new HVAC system, new kitchen, bathrooms (turned a half bath into a full), new bedrooms, new flooring and carpet in all the rooms, added a privacy fence, made a concrete pad and walkway, created a driveway and even did tree removal. Not to mention this was all done in 2 months while sticking to the project scope and budget! I feel as this review is not giving them the justice they deserve and I wish I could give them more than 5-stars. I will be going to them for ANY property needs in the future as should you. They do it all! Great work and thanks again!
