  Of the 4 companies I contacted for a roof and gutter quote, Austin with Mattox was the only one to bring samples with him so I knew exactly what I was getting. Mattox crew was very professional, completing the work in less than a day, leaving my property clean. Gutter crew came the next day and did an equally great job - new gutters just in time for this week's pouring rain and pea size hail. I would easily recommend Mattox for roof and gutters.

  Excellent job from start to finish! From the estimate, to the job, to the clean up…all top notch. Communication with Austin was spot on - frequent updates and photos on the job at my rental property! I will be recommending these guys to all my neighbors.

  Mattox Roofing team did an excellent job once again. It was a pleasure to work with Austin and the rest of the crew. They fought with insurance on our behalf to get us the best coverage and deal possible. As you can see the from the before and after pictures with the new black roof, gutters etc, they knocked it out of the park. (Painting the building was done separately). Mattox has gained our trust for all our future projects.

  We needed help getting insurance coverage after a storm in April left significant roof damage. One contractor said "sorry we can't help you". Luckily a neighbor recommended Mattox and Austin knew exactly what to do! I'm not going to say it was easy (it wasn't!) but Austin put together his own case with pictures and appropriate challenges to our insurer's initial denial. He was with us every step of the way. It was a 5-month process, including independent audits by our adjustor and the insurer's asjustor. They finally reached an agreement that our insurer approved and we got 75% coverage. Then came the easy part -- the Mattox crew came the next week and installed the new roof in 1.5 days! They were excellent, including clean-up. We highly recommend Mattox for all your roofing and claim needs!

  Mattox did our roof and Austin was very conscientious. He oversaw the project and made sure everything was done properly. Came out on weekend days to inspect the details and when replacing gutter guards even installed new ones at no charge on the second floor where we didn’t have gutter guards before. We will use Mattox in the future and highly recommend them.
