  Jennifer and her team were great to work with and we would certainly use Griffith again. Jennifer took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, helped us find a good deal while also choosing high-quality flooring, and was able to work around our travel schedule perfectly. The floors look amazing. We had all of the flooring in our house replaced, and large scale projects like this always have small hiccups, which Jennifer was able to help us navigate. There was a measuring issue Jennifer reached out to us about to resolve as soon as she found it and already had a solution in mind which we were thankful for. There was a piece at the top of the stairs which was not the correct color and not installed correctly and Jennifer promptly ordered the new piece, had one of the guys come out asap to replace and now it looks perfectly. Overall, we are very thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend.
