  Prosource will now be the first company I call when any restoration work comes. Pro source did a total gutting of my garage and closet after a water pipe burst. They rescued me from being strung around by the bigger company Serv Pro and treated me as if I was family. The owner David was able to walk me through the insurance process step by step and spoke to our adjuster(he is fluent in insurance talk) to insure it was a covered project, something the other company was not doing(they wouldn’t answer the phone when my adjuster called them). Trust me when I say go with the smaller company that values you rather than big restoration where you are just another number. Pro source did not drag their feet in order to bill more and was able to do the rebuild in a day and half. From start to finish it was night and day the customer service I received from David and his team. I 100% recommend them to any families that have an unexpected emergency. They will calm you down during the process and are doing good business to build their clientele.

  I wanted to start off by saying during a roof leak I started noticing my ceiling drywall started showing signs of water mark then when it stormed it started leaking alot more. My anxiety shooted through the roof and gave Prosource Renovations a call and Mr. Scott and all his team were very attentive and quick to address the issue which was a relief because I didnt want my furniture to get damaged. They all are a great team from beginning to end I had a good experience and had my ceiling and roof fixed. Im so glad I went through Prosource Renovations and thanks Scott! Your team was wonderful.

  Aaron and his team were incredible to work with. After a hail storm damaged our roof and gutters, he helped guide us through the entire insurance process and made everything so easy. He met with the adjuster, explained everything clearly, and made sure our home was taken care of. The new roof and gutters look amazing and the quality of work is top notch. If you’re dealing with storm damage and don’t know where to start, Aaron is the person to call. Honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

  If you need restoration work and you DON’T call Pro Source Restoration first, you’re making a mistake. We had a situation that needed immediate attention, and they were at our house FAST. The dry-out process started right away, they handled everything professionally, and from that moment forward I knew we were in good hands. What really impressed me was how easy they made the entire process. Insurance claims can be stressful and confusing — they handled it like pros. They fought to make sure we got top dollar from the insurance company, and they didn’t cut corners anywhere in the rebuild. The workmanship? Outstanding. Clean lines. Attention to detail. Quality you can see. They treat your home like it’s their own. On top of all that, they’re local right here in Avon — not some out-of-town franchise rotating crews through your house. Real people. Real accountability. Real craftsmanship. I don’t leave reviews often, but when a company shows up immediately, delivers top-tier work, and genuinely cares about their customers, they deserve recognition. Highly recommend. 10/10.
