  In April 2025, we received a warning that a severe thunderstorm with possible tornado activity was headed our way. The storm nearly destroyed our home. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night as water poured through the ceiling, the power went out, and our roof began to cave in. We were completely devastated. While driving to a friend’s house for the night, I frantically searched for restoration companies. Prosource was one of the highest-rated companies I found, and I’m so thankful we chose them. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and Larry met us at our home the very next morning. That same day, Larry and his crew installed a temporary roof using plywood and tarps to protect our home. They then carefully packed up all of our belongings and transported everything to their storage facility. From April through August, Prosource rebuilt our home. Larry was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what to expect and the timeline for each phase. During this time, I was over six months pregnant, had a 2.5-year-old, and was still living in the unaffected portion of our home. Larry and his crew were incredibly considerate and respectful. They kept the space as clean as possible throughout construction and were always kind, courteous, and attentive to detail. When construction was completed, the crew moved all of our belongings back into our home. Everything was extremely well organized. They even helped me unpack and cleaned the floors once everything was moved back in. I am beyond grateful that we chose Prosource for this job and would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.

  I had to basically have my house rebuilt due to a house fire. Larry and his team were great to work with. He did a great job of negotiating with the insurance company to maximize my claim to get everything replaced, and the final product looked great. Also didn’t try to nickel and dime me for upgrades.

In that moment of utter chaos, Drew’s calm presence and genuine compassion offered me a lifeline. He reassured me with a kindness that felt almost divine, promising that he would handle everything and that I would get through this. Drew’s depth of knowledge and experience shone through as he answered every question I had, patiently and thoroughly. He went beyond just explaining—he provided me with vital information I didn’t even know I needed, giving me a glimmer of hope amid the darkness. Thanks to ProSource’s partnership with my insurance company, everything was managed swiftly and with incredible professionalism. It’s hard to put into words how much they treated me like family—every step of the way, I never felt abandoned or left uncertain. Honestly, I believe Drew was sent from heaven because without him, I don’t know where I’d be or how I would have managed to get through such a traumatic, life-altering event. His presence made all the difference. I cannot recommend ProSource Restoration enough for anyone facing fire, storm, or water damage. They don’t just restore homes—they restore hope.

  Aaron was wonderful to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He was able to walk us through the whole process effortlessly, even while having to deal with our difficulties filing the claim with insurance. The day of the job, his team was punctual, respectful, and FAST! The whole roof was done in a few hours. Everyone who came out was extremely professional and they did a great job. We’re very happy with our new roof.

  ProSource did an amazing job on the renovation of my home. As a woman who lives by herself, Scott and his crew made me feel very comfortable. The quality of their work was top notch and I would definitely recommend them over and over. Thank you, ProSource for making my house a home again!
