Day of service the technician called around 8am to give a window of time for arrival. Arrival was within that window. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was in and out within a half hour.

I communication because a technician just showed up out of the blue. I rearranged my work schedule to be available for the original appointment and then changed it when I got the cancellation text. No response from anyone in the service dept during the process nor a response when requested to talk to someone. The technician was not at fault, very apologetic and courteous. Very unprofessional to put the technician in that position. Will have my systems maintained by another company that values communication and customer service.
