He called before to let me know he was on his way, after the service he showed me pictures of what he found and explained everything to me. I requested that he email me everything he did so I had it for future reference and he did so within an hour of leaving my house. He was polite and courteous and did a great job!

Having any kind of service work peformed is not always a pleasant experience for me due to your never really sure what the out come might be. Masters sent out their service tech Sheby. He was very polite and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and thoroughly checked all the components and explained their purpose. Shelby is a very good tech and I feel very confident about how it will perform this heating season. 👍👍
- FJFrancis JonesNov 10, 20255.0Paul Wakeland from Master’s Heating and Cooling performed seasonal preventative maintenance on our heating system today. He thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested the furnace. He even used a vacuum cleaner on part of the system, something I haven’t seen earlier technicians do for many years. He also went out of his way to carefully and thoroughly explain what he was doing and why. He made several recommendations for us to do, which we are already starting on. Paul has been here a couple of times before, so I knew what excellent work and careful explanations he would provide. He did not disappoint! I have requested that he always be our service technician, if possible, and I look forward to his next regular routine service or emergency repair
