- SMStarla MartinJan 24, 20265.0Our furnace went out right before we were getting really cold weather and I was panicked thinking we wouldn't be able to have anyone come out before it got too bad out. I received a call at 8:00 on a Saturday night asking if we were still without heat and when I explained how another company had been out earlier and we were overcharged and they still weren't able to do anything until the next week, I was told someone could be out within the hour and offered a free second opinion. The service tech came out and verified that we needed a new furnace, and within 30 minutes the sales guy was out and having our new system ordered. The installers were out first thing Monday morning, they worked for over 8 hours but unfortunately ran into problems beyond their control so there were multiple people coming in and out for the next few days but luckily everything was finally done and taken care of by Wednesday. Everyone who came to our house worked so hard and was professional, tried their best to find solutions and work around the problems, they never gave up until we had heat again. I felt so bad all these guys were out in the cold all day every day and I really appreciate everything they did for us. We will be lifelong customers after our experience with this company.
