  During the installation of my garage door as part of a new construction project, I discovered that the installation was incomplete, with a 3-inch gap. This issue was brought to their attention recently after 1.5 years, but they have refused to acknowledge the error. I strongly advise anyone considering using this unprofessional and rude company for their door insulation to exercise caution. They quoted me $450 to rectify their own oversight, demonstrating their denial and extreme rudeness.

  My grandfather called on my behalf and spoke with Nick Nicheis (unsure if spelled correctly) about blowing some insulation in to a single room in my 100+ year old house. He was told they could do it and I needed to call to set up the appointment. I called Nick Monday 10/27/25 mid day and left a voicemail. By Thursday I hadn’t heard back so I called again and left another voicemail. My grandfather had zero issue with this guy picking up the phone, so he also called Thursday to make sure I was calling the right number, and he picked up but was already done for the day at 4pm. He told my grandfather he DID get my message and would call me back the following day. Well Friday came and went, Monday came and went and now it’s 11/4/25 and no response. I see other people have had this issue with response in the past. Unfortunate because we like supporting our local businesses.

  Tried to get insulation in my House Twice. They said they would have someone call me back and did not twice.

  Called twice to get an estimate. I was told a sales rep would return call within 48 hours. Well, three weeks later and no call from anyone. They were recommended by a neighbor, but can’t get a call back. I’m a believer that the way something starts is the way it continues.
