Keifer & Bryce are the plumbers that completed the work and they did phenomenal! We had a transitional hot water heater replaced with a tankless in addition to repiping and moving our water softener. From Alex, who I initially cumminicated with regarding my hot water heater, getting a quote, and scheduling a plumber, Olivia after hours, and finally Max who installed the water heater. They were very efficient and got everything handled in a very short turnaround time (next day). In addition, Max is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I am pleased with the removal and installation he performed and he patiently answered all of my questions. Overall, they ALL are very friendly and empathetic which truly helps when dealing with plumbing emergencies that always seem to happen at the worst times. I would not hesitate to use them again. Despite the added complexity, the installation went smoothly and was completed relatively quickly considering everything involved. The installer also did a good job with cleanup, leaving the area neat when he was finished. My neighbor also had a water softener installed in his crawl space by ASAP, which gave me additional confidence in the process and the results. Had to call the village to shut our water off and started calling plumbers to see if they could fix it. Because of the holiday a lot were closed for the weekend and the ones that were open couldn’t handle this issue. To compound the problem our water main was on the other side of the driveway so ideally we were looking for someone with a directional boring machine that could go under our driveway and front yard to the basement entrance hole. Got a hold of ASAP the Friday after Thanksgiving and talked to a nice young lady that had all the right answers. John came out that same day, assessed the situation, started calling suppliers to see who was open to get materials. Bottom line was they coordinated with everybody that they had to get the job done, materials, the city, JULIE, and their own people and showed up the next day, Saturday, at 10am. By 1:30pm we had a new water main line run and water turned on to our house. Very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of how things were done.
