I went to one their office at 7100 s Madison in WillowBrook, there at the building are 2 doors , and there is a sign that says ring the bell I did , and mean lady literally came and spoke very rude, to tell me to go to the other door. 2 I went to the “ proper door” and trying to talk to a guy what I want it. he was not even listening, he was just talking I cannot help you unless you are contractor, keep repeating himself , finally I got him to stop talking and listen! He give me a brochure. Ok I understand I’m not contractor but you don’t have to treat others rudely. And Trane teach your employees how to listen! You are a big company and respected.
