  Early in 2020 we ordered a new sliding glass door from this company. We waited through the lockdown and have now been trying to get our door installed for over 2 months. The account rep is unresponsive, and no one seems to care at all. The worst part is that we were scheduled for installation today and received a cancellation text 30 minutes prior. Stay away from this company. There are better options out there. Update 8/11: We have finally had our door installed and overall that went fairly smoothly even though the process took longer than we would have liked. I still think communication can be improved by Exclusive Windows and there is an aspect of the installation that did not meet our expectations from a quality perspective which is the caulk around the exterior of the door. Exclusive did send the original crew back out to try to correct this, and while better it's not the most professional work I've seen. Still overall we are satisfied with the door and other aspects of the installation.

  I'm very happy with my experience with exclusive windows. The salesman I worked with was Todd and he was extremely helpful and prompt in coming out and measuring for my new windows and front door. The installation crew arrived when scheduled and finished my install quicker than I was expecting. Whenever I have work done in my home I am quite particular in the cleanliness of the project as well as how my home is left. I was very pleased with how courteous the install crew was and the respect they showed for my home. I found the pricing for my project to be competitive with other vendors and after my experience I'm very glad I went with these guys.

  I worked with Joe at Exclusive Windows and he was super helpful. What I most appreciated was that he suggested a lower-cost solution than what i had anticipated. He did not try to up-sell or over-sell me. The experience and price tag and end result were all good.

  I am extremely disappointed! Do not use this window company. This is the worst window company I have ever come across. They ordered the wrong windows, they do not listen and they do not stand by their products. I am extremely disappointed and will use Pella next time. Not worth it.
