  Jim Teran and his crew are true masters of their craft. They took their time, worked with precision, and made sure every detail was done right. They answered all the questions I had during the process. They were prompt, professional, and left the site spotless when the job was done. The finished driveway and sidewalk look beautiful. On a personal note, I have two adult sons with disabilities, and Jim went out of his way to help make things safer for them by backfilling along the sides of the new driveway — something most contractors leave to the homeowner. That meant a lot to me. Navigating the village permit process can be a bit tricky, and Jim helped guide me through what needed to be done so things went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and the integrity Jim brought to the job. I highly recommend Teran Concrete to anyone looking for quality work and real professionalism.

  We had our concrete poured and added a custom border to our driveway, walkway with stairs. The results were absolutely beautiful. The owner explained the whole process clearly. You get professional, reliable and high-quality work from Teran Concrete. I highly recommend them.

  Teran performed concrete work on 9 properties within our townhouse association and did so with incredible skill and expertise. They possess excellent relationships with permitting authorities which help in getting work done in a timely manner

  This was a fantastic experience start to finish. Received a ton of bids and immediately felt comfortable with Jim. He was extremely knowledgeable and goes well and beyond just what’s required for code. Jim’s price was competitive even with all the extras. He’s also super honest and very easy to reach. My job had a few hidden surprises that could have driven the cost up significantly but Jim was able to cut costs by providing some of the work for free to offset the new costs. He really is a good guy and took great care of us. His crew was also great. Job was done on schedule and they were incredibly clean. Jim even power washed my brick pavers. That’s just one example of how they go above and beyond. Plus the work looks great and Jim even had to do some work on sealing underground pipes. He went the extra mile with that too and went to a plumbing store to seal it where most guys would have dumped concrete in it and potentially caused major problems. I never write reviews but felt compelled because of how great things were.
