She upgraded their collars and adjusted the force field for the system while adjusting individually their collar settings. She trained my wife and myself as much as she trained the dogs. Marcie was very helpful and we highly recommend her and the Invisible Fence franchise.

Even if she hasn’t heard from me in nearly a year - when I do reach out, I generally get a response within minutes and she takes care of business. Our dog damaged her collar and Tricia had me a new one (hand delivered) within 24 hours. We had a cord that had been exposed in our lawn and she arranged to have someone on site as soon as possible to fix it. She is extremely knowledgeable of her company’s products and services and has you and your dog’s best interest at heart. Highly recommend.
