  Just had Monarch finished a big project in Saint Charles a brand new sprinkler system couldn’t have been happier. They also take care of five of their properties, including Wheaton Park District buildings like Arrowhead Golf Club 25 year relationship has been great

  We contacted Monarch Fire Protection on January of 2023. They told us that they would come out and never did. We kept reaching out for months and they kept saying the same thing. As a result, our sprinkler system went into a state of disrepair. It was finally today that they told us, over 2 years later, that they won’t come to our business for failure to pay or late payment. We have always paid our bills. Only reason we wouldn’t is if we never got an invoice. And judging by the way this company promised to come to our facility for months and never did, I can see how they would be incompetent in invoicing as well. We have phones, we have emails, and we have a mailbox. If you send us a bill, we will pay it for services rendered or products received. I would steer clear of this company. They will only make things worse for you.
