- JGJohn Gentry3 days ago5.0Last night during a water softener repair, like an idiot , I lost a meter clip and couldn't put the softener back together. This a two dollar part, but very hard to buy. I saw they handle Fleck equipment so I stopped by. They too could only find an expensive option. They vanished to the back and in about 10 minutes found me the parts I needed in an old parts stash. They charged me a very reasonable amount and I was on my way! This was over and above. A great experience!

Jeff is a great technician & always does a good job with my system, he always keeps my water running nice. More recently, Joe came out because I had a water leak & we had to shut down our water. He quickly got our water running, he had to re-pipe a pretty large area where my copper pipping was getting really old & deteriorating. I just want to say that Joe did a 5 star job for us. Truly flawless at a fantastic price!
- KKkris kreuserMar 25, 20221.0Dishonest and overpriced. Purchased a system and they serviced For 15 years. They set up the time for the system to “flush” every 2 days for a 1-2 person household. I discovered that should have been ever 6 days!!! The cost of All the water, electricity and bags of salt WASTED is exponential! Never once did a tech say to reduce the frequency. I discovered this issue after talking with others about salt usage. Also they raised their service call fee now 60%. A ridiculous jump. Don’t trust them with your money. Try Johnson Water instead
