They were difficult to contact at first, didn't respond to email, and the office was locked when we attempted to visit during business hours, so we almost went with another contractor, but we received a call back the next day to a phone message. If you're having trouble reaching them, just be persistent. They had the best offer of the contractors we contacted, and the installation team was prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. We're very happy with the dance studio wall mirrors they installed.
