I am always leery when larger organizations take over the small independent contractors and worried that I will lose that local and familiar customer service. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how my service call was handled and executed. From the first call, to their response, to the technician’s call and follow through, I was duly impressed. The tech, Lucas immediately spotted and fixed the issue with my boiler in less than 5 minutes. The price for the service call was very reasonable. I will have no issues calling them for any future issues.
