  I think All-Temp is the best, & only Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor, I would ever use. I trust them explicitly, to always provide prompt & dependable professional services. Justin is my usual employee that comes to my home. He is just phenomenal! I always have questions, & he provides me detailed explanations in depth. He is an asset to your company, & deserves a raise, & lots of rewards at Christmas. When Michelle answers my phone call, we recognize our voices at Hello. Kudos to All-Temp, for having such an endearing person to greet me whenever I call. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 to all! 👍

  Justin, was professional and polite. Service was contracted maintenance, and cleaning of 2 furnaces. I was given feedback on any potential problems for consideration, having 1 older furnace. Love knowing we are prepared for another Chicago winter.

  Both Charlie and David were outstanding. They inspected our whole house humidifier and furnace and then reviewed our thermostat and vents. They explained to us the issues and suggested repairs and upgrades. Not pushy, down to earth "i can trust these guys".attitude. I highly recommend using Al Temp Heating & Air Conditioning.   After receiving a reminder to schedule a checkup, I called on a Saturday and was nicely told I would get a call on Monday to schedule. I got a voicemail at 7:30am and I called back. The person on the phone was very rude. I can sometimes stumble over my words. I was only trying to explain why I was calling and she was rushing me and almost yelling over the phone why I’m calling. I finally got it out, and she seemed so annoyed. She was short and wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. It was just mean. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted. I don’t feel like she (Michelle) cared and I’m not even sure she really looked into all my options for scheduling. This stuck with me all day. I don’t think I want a company like this entering my home, let alone pay for it.

  I am not one to complain and don’t like spending my time to complain. This time I feel like the company earned it, and I even gave them a 2nd chance. My last appt I had w them I had a concern about my air conditioner leaking into the vents of my furnace. I understand it was humid out, but there was a lot of water leaking into the vents of my furnace. I had it installed less then 2 years prior so it was brand new and finally Had it payed off. The tech put some putty on it and said it was normal and left. It was still leaking so I called them back and the tech came back. I felt bad and I’m not a complainer but he was visibly frustrated and said he didn’t have any more putty left and put tape over it. After he left it was still Leaking. I didn’t want to complain anymore, it was less than 2 years old. I put my own furnace tape to cover to vents to make sure the water didn’t go into the furnace vents into the wires and it basically rolled off to the front of the furnace on the floor. It was well over a few oz of water on the floor. That is not normal to me. Talked to a few experts and realized what all temp said was normal wasn’t. I didn’t complain figuring next time they would hopefully fix it. Made a appt for winter maintenance and they canceled on me. That was the last straw. Previous owner used them since 2001. I continued to use them when I moved in for over 5 years. That amount of water should not have seeped into my furnace vents. I took pictures and am not happy with the services. Even gave them a 2nd chance to come back and they canceled on me. Again I’m not a complainer this is a first for me. I was prepaid and canceled my warranty bc I was able to secure a better deal with less maintenance fees.
