When my plans to install an egress window fell through, I called ULB-DRY Waterproofing, and they came out the next day to take a look so they could give me an estimate. The installation took only one day (with one guy coming the following day to finish the details). The guys were quick, friendly, clean, and considerate. I would definitely recommend them!

- MNMary NoeDec 29, 20255.0We would recommend ULB-Dry Waterproofing and Stoyan for basement flooding. We had water coming up from the sewer drain and tiny cracks in the floor. We called 3 companies for repair suggestions and estimates. ULB came in with the most reasonable solution and showed us why. We saw live camera photos of a break near a manhole cover in a neighbor's driveway that was causing our problem. All we needed was the break to be repaired outside the house, not replacing the drain tiles at a much higher cost and basement disruption. The work was done quickly and the problem was solved. When sewer water was again coming in, Stoyan was out the same day that we called. Again, with immediate camera photos the problem was discovered from the street sewer being clogged with tree roots. Stoyan went right to the village and an official from Streets and Sanitation came immediately to our house to talk with us. The next day ULB cleaned out the line and the problem was solved. We appreciate his prompt actions, clear explanations, and help in solving our water problems.

They have upgraded my sump pit and pump, installed drain tile and filled a foundation void. I had an addition put on my house and the concrete work was not done properly. When the forms were removed there was a very large void that was 30” long and 11” deep. Omar the ULB-dry tech was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job! Very happy customer!
