Stoyan Yanafiev from ULB-DRY waterproofing came out and took his time to understand everything that was going on with our basement wall. Not only did he examine the entire basement wall, even areas that had no cracks he took his time outside and evaluated the pitch from the house to see what caused the cracks in the basement. He came up with a detailed plan and discussed it with us. Once we signed the proposal, he gave us a start date and a timeline of how long it would take to complete. He showed up with his crew at 8:00a. on the day he told us and the project started. The timeline for the job was 2 weeks and yes it took 2 weeks. The crew that worked at the house was very professional, polite and clean. Every step they did, was explained to us. His crew would let us know what they were doing and why it was necessary. We took pictures of the various stages of the work and no one minded. They worked a full day until 5 at times 6pm and only took a break for lunch. We are very satisfied with their work and rate them the full 5 stars. Would highly recommend them.
