  Recently had a new patio door and front door installed by Barry & his team and we are delighted with the results! Very knowledgeable about what they do and the process from start to finish was clear and handled very professionally. Highly recommended. Thank you all again!

  We had Thermalcraft install all new windows on our house over 10 years ago. They did a fantastic job. Now one front large window pane is fogging up. We found out it's still under warranty. Called ThermalCraft in June and was told a new pane would be ordered then we would be called to schedule this to be put in. We are still waiting. The window pane is at Thermalcraft we have been told, but each time my husband calls to schedule this to be replaced, we keep hearing we will get a call on a Monday to set this up. Got the same message last Friday that today we would get a call. Well, no call again....this is a very poor way to do business and follow thru on a warranty. We are very disappointed. Update to my last post, Thermalcraft did contact us and got the replacement window installed quickly. Just wish communication had been better with us. Otherwise would have given 5 stars but still recommend Thermalcraft for your window needs.

  Installed both a new screen and front door So very happy either how the door closes and that vacuum seal sound it now makes when closing. Everything operates smoothly. Crew was very professional and a special shout out to Randy for replacing the limestone sill and repairing my slate porch tile! Great job! So very pleased!

  I received my new balcony + windows in Feb 2025. My home was built in 1980, with the original ones still in place - it was definitely time to replace them. Turns out, a few wasps got in in November and I wasn't sure from where... when the guys took out the bedroom window, there was a nest all around the edges of the window. The wasps were thankfully sleepy/disoriented, but still crawling around. The guys handled it very professionally, immediately ShopVac'd all the wasps, gathered the tarps and tossed them outside in the dumpster, then brought clean tarps back and re-set before proceeding with the new window installation. The guys were careful with my floors and had heavy duty tarps. They also respectfully covered kitchen furniture with a clear new tarp upon request. All the chairs/tables that were moved in the beginning were carefully placed back - no damage to floors/walls/furniture. When caulking the edges of installed items - the outside balcony portion was done impressively (evenly like a machine). The indoor caulking of the balcony and windows was also done very well, and they got every spot (from personal experience this is time consuming and hard to do, and they did an amazing job). Any small bits of caulk on the floor/walls were promptly cleaned and as they were exiting all the floors were ShopVac'd twice. They all communicated very well and were obviously experienced. The foreperson re-inspected every installed item several times, and Barry also came at the end to inspect everything as well. It felt very thoroughly done and taken care of - they wanted to ensure a final product that was as good as possible. As far as the initial quote, followup appointment, and then final inspection process, Barry was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. He was upfront about the process, wait-time, and there were no surprise costs. They took care of securing the village permit ahead of time and interacting with the HOA. I definitely recommend ThermalCraft for replacing balcony and windows. Thank you!

  Thermalcraft is a wonderful company to work with. We hired them for a door installation and we are so happy that we did! They were so great to work with and we are really happy with the quality of our front door and interior garage door. Barry was very responsive to any questions we had with our door selections and followed up promptly after our install. The 2 man install team arrived right on time was courteous, professional and got both doors installed very quickly. Thank you Thermalcraft!
