However, communication between customer and company wasnt the greatest. We had a hard time trying to reach them and had to contact them multiple times. The owner/co-owner of the company did our estimate and was suppose to be there the day our fence was installed but we were informed by his crew who did the fence that he went hunting instead that day and they didnt seem to happy about it. (Also not very professional) The owner was also suppose to do a patch job on our roof when the fence was being installed but never came over to do it. So now we have to find someone else to patch the roof so that our ceiling stops leaking when it rains. We also wasnt told how to pay for the fence nor did anyone come knock on our door to tell us they were done with the fence. They literally just left. And I had to contact them once again to ask about how to pay for the fence. So definitely wasnt impressed with the customer service or the communication, but our fence does look nice. Probably wouldn't do business with them again just mainly because of the poor communication and never patched the roof.
