They spent a day determining that it was exactly what I told them it was in the first place. More calls to agree on the service but I had asked them to fix the carburator in the first place. Then they tell me they still need to order parts. Then they call back and tell me they can't get parts. It was just a carburator. Very simple. I can order the parts. Why can't they? Then they still charged me for this ordeal, but they'll take that off the price of a new mower. I see what you did there. No thank you. When I brought this up one of the men there was very excited to argue with me about it. Plainly customer service isn't in his wheelhouse.

They hung up on me and were very rude. I believe they took advantage of us because we are over 72 years old. Will not take our business there again.
