- JHJason Hill2 days ago5.0From setting up maintenance on my furnace to the work performed was easy and fast. Technician explained everything he did even took pics for me. The lady that set up the job was a riot to talk to. Very friendly and funny.
- BJB-rock JasonJan 4, 20262.0Techs are always friendly and thorough but unfortunately $400 just for them to come out twice within 3 weeks (not including labor and parts) to work on the same unit is why I’m not happy. Apparently there is a $100 maintenance inspection they can do but I didn’t find that out until after their second visit. Instead of looking for future things to fix while you’re fixing the problem at hand, let me know stuff like that to prevent repeat visits that I have to pay for. They will do whatever it takes and you will pay whatever it costs.

Thankfully they did give me the price upfront but got stuck paying them the $79 for the tech to come and tell me the price because I already knew what was wrong. Call around elsewhere for better prices.

Love the text giving me a time and introducing my technician. The issue was explained in depth along with options. Due to the age of my furnace I decided to have a new unit installed. Being Christmas week, I was given the option of install day. I was also offered space heaters to keep me comfortable until install. Fortunately the weather was in my favor being unseasonably warm and I generally keep my house fairly cool (house never got below 50°). The install crew arrived right on time (along with text introducing lead tech). So polite, efficient, and professional!! I would definitely recommend Town & Country!
