  Awesome service we had a complete installation new furnace and ac unit.. they were very fast and courteous everything works amazing thank you so much town and country for the installation highly recommend..

  There was an issue with my gas insert fireplace that was previously installed by Town and Country Services. They sent out Jason Z to check the issues i was having. I was glad to see a seasoned worker like Jason at my door. Jason assured me it was fixed and explained what had happened. I don't expect anymore issues, Jason inspected the chimney, knew the problem and took the time to fix it. Thank you for making it right and not charging me!

  We have used Town and Country many times in the past and have been very pleased with them. Our most recent work was having a small piece of PVC and a shut off valve added under the kitchen sink for close access for a new dishwasher. Our plumber was very nice, but I think he was only here for about 45 minutes or so, which included 15 minutes waiting for PVC glue to set. I will still use, and I have Town and scheduled for another job, but I was very shocked and disappointed on what I was charged for my most recent work, especially considering how simple the job was. Heath issues prohibited me from doing it myself or could have performed the task.

  I do not bother calling anyone else in this area. They always do a fantastic job with reasonable quotes and prices. Mike took care of us today and was very informative. Even called the city on our behalf to make sure there wasn’t an issue outside our control. As always very appreciative of the quality of work this team puts out.
