- JLJessica LarsenApr 3, 20265.0Welp! Went to the basement to find a pool of water and an active leak pouring from one of my water heaters. Jocki came out and provided a thorough exam and even suggested some improvements for better water quality. He provided several quotes depending on budget and what I wanted to accomplish and was patient and very helpful explaining everything. Darrick D. and Christian came out and converted my two water heaters into one with new piping and better drainage plus installed a softener and filtration system. They both were great at explaining how everything works and what maintenance looks like throuout the year but even suggested to call if I ever had questions or needed guidance. I had a deactivated outlet that was next to the softener so they called it in and Jim C came out in got that activated so I didn’t have wires in awkward places. He was super quick and also very nice! These guys were all awesome and reaffirmed why I keep using TR Miller for all my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs!

He explained everything that he was doing and why. I really appreciated how he answered all of my questions and never once rush through the answer. He's definitely an asset to the company.

On top of that, he was also very kind, respectful, and just genuinely pleasant to deal with. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill with such a good attitude, and Shane really stood out. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone needing plumbing work.
