The reason Pam Morans new aerator unit stopped working is because the air inlet tube was cut too short. It sat flush at the bottom of service box. Because of the grounds sloped grade Everytime it would rain more and more mud would find it's way in and clog the line up. You never even cleaned the line out to begin with and I'm convinced you didn't replace the socks either. The air hose was almost completely choked off end to end from years of dirt. There was no need to leave those old alarm wires in the plumbing. That created more restriction and allowed water to enter through the hole drilled in PVC. Fixed that by pulling the wires out and adding union where hole was. Also didn't help that you snapped the end cap off the vertical PVC pipe and just wrapped some electrical tape around it. Fixed with new end cap. The wire nuts you used weren't new or weather rated. Old and stripped out making a loose connection with visible burn marks. Connections were not weather proof at all. Then you play the blame game and demand an electrician come and check the voltage before you would continue work. That was $75. Do you not know how to use a multi meter? Don't have one on hand? They're like $15 at Walmart. Could've even borrowed mine. Literally took the electrician 2 minutes to confirm voltage was good. I even confirmed before he got out here. Knew that wouldn't be good enough though as you had to verify findings with electrician via phone. He apologized on your behalf for such an unnecessary trip and expense. No worries though, Rex Vault was out here the very next day after calling them to come pump tank out so I could redo the plumbing and wiring to get things back in working order. You left Pam hanging for well over 6 months after saying time and time again you'd be out to fix things knowing the filter socks were going to clog up only making things worse. Still haven't returned her calls or did what you said you were going to do, but you can drive by honking and waving. That's messed up. Hope you know she, a 75 year old woman, ended up in the hospital from stressing about this crap. You can't say you were too busy to make things right when you're out here all the time. Bogus
