I did have a minor issue with taking my vehicle in awhile back, but they were willing to communicate and correct any misunderstandings or mistakes almost immediately and politely. Even went out of their way to do it without any kind of dogmatic mindset and was willing to actively listen to the problem to see if anything needed to be corrected and I can appreciate that.
