  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. JR and Quinn were places to work on my home. They lost my wife's emotional support animal and then laughed in her face as she was crying. Only the worst kind of people do that. I thought that was the tip of the ice beef with them, but they then lied to Ameren to cover themselves- they told Ameren our home had feces and fruit flies which was a lie and got us booted from the program. My wife is disabled. We are a one income home...they lost her emotional support animal...what kind of people do this?? They should not be giving services to people.
