Our furnace was only 4.5 years old, and it turned out the wiring was done incorrectly by the company that installed it. We discussed the fact that there might have been more damage done, but he was able to figure out the heating elements were still intact before agreeing to having the work done. He let us know about the service club, which will save us money down the road. He was polite and professional, and we would recommend them if asked.
