  They seen the flashing on the roof that needed to be repaired by the plumbing vent. They got onto it right away. Sent me an estimate, next day was able to repair it. Very prompt and courteous and professional.

  Just wanted to thank the tech. , Joshua for the great service on my gas furnace. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get the part in a short period of time and had the furnace fixed that prevented a much more expensive issue. Have used MB many times in the past. Thank you MB

  Repair was cmopleted however, kept pushing a new system versus following my instructions. Repair made did not fix the problem identified when requestin service. Company lost a customer

  Jason was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I hired MB Heating and Cooling to replace a very old kitchen sink with aged plumbing and to install a garbage disposal, which required some rewiring. Jason was respectful of my home and clearly explained what he was seeing and what needed to be done every step of the way. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend MB Heating and Cooling to anyone needing reliable, high-quality work.

  I generally don't leave reviews, and I have never left a negative review before. But my experiences here were so inexcusably bad I feel it is my civic duty to warn others about this business. Last year, I made an appointment for electrical work. Scheduling was a nightmare, it seemed no one on the phone could help me out, and I was never called back. Fast forward to this year, I was having trouble with my furnace. Due to a temporary lapse in judgement, I called the first HVAC company brought up by a Google search, being MB. They sent someone over the day after I called for a diagnosis. I was told the control panel on the furnace was bad, and a new one could be ordered for ~$850, arriving the following Monday. One week seemed reasonable, so I agreed. Didn't get a call the following week. The temperature outside was above freezing, so I wasn't too worried. MB sent a tech over the middle of week 2. This tech couldn't figure out what was wrong with the furnace. On the end of week 2 and all of week 3 the temperature outside plummeted below freezing, some nights being -2°F. I had to leave the water trickling for fear of the pipes freezing. At the end of week 3, I started to call MB inquiring the status of my work order. Ever time I called, the customer service representative used a variation of the same line "Sorry, the one person who can tell you about your work order status just stepped out/left for the day/is in a meeting/has a doctor's appointment/etc. We'll call you back though...". I never once received a call back, and I always waited at least half a day, usually 24+ hours to give them time to call back. On week 4, after the 5th or 6th time of being given a variation of their favorite line when I would call to inquire about the work order status, I gave a situation appropriate expression of frustration. A customer service representative identifying as "Laura" responded by laughing at me and hanging up. A few minutes later, presumably after she got all the laughs out of her system, I received a text stating that I will receive a phone call updating me on the status of my work order. Of course, this phone call never came. The next day I called a different HVAC company. They quoted me a new control panel at ~250, far less than the quote from MB. I called in the afternoon, they fixed it first thing the next morning. And to top it all off, there was nothing wrong with the original control panel the whole time. All that was needed was a jumper wire for the fan. If a new control panel had been put in, that same jumper wire would be needed, anyway. This jumper wire could easily have been put in day 1. Again, my purpose in writing this review is not to spread negativity, but rather address serious concerns with this company, and perhaps save someone from going over a month without a furnace in the sub-freezing cold.
