    We worked with them last year for some electrical work. They fixed 5 outlets inside. Three out of five outlets trip the fuse when even the smallest electrical appliance is plugged in. I called repeatedly, asking them to come and take a look, but each time they said they would tell their manager and get back to me. They never did that. Furthermore, regarding the operation of 3 electric wall radiators, they filled up the allotted time, took payment without completing the job, they couldn't solve the problem They told us they will inform their managers and we received no response.

    We had our 20+ year-old water heater replaced. Jason listened to what we wanted, communicated throughout the process, and did an AMAZING job. Not only do we have reliable hot water, but we also have a little more room to move around in the basement!

    I recently had Jason from MB Heating and Plumbing visit to provide an estimate for installing a Moen automatic shut-off valve. During the estimate, I asked about the cost of flushing my electric water heater. Jason immediately noticed rust on the tank and advised that flushing might not be the best option due to the water heater’s age (10 years), as it could potentially leak or burst at any time. Thanks to Jason’s careful assessment, he was able to replace the water heater the same day, ensuring my home stayed safe. He also provided valuable advice on maintaining the new tank, recommending flushing twice a year because of the very hard water in my area. I greatly appreciate Jason’s expertise, friendly service, and patience. I’m very glad he spotted the potential issue before it became a major problem. I highly recommend his services.

    MB heating and cooling is a joke been trying since August to get my water softener fixed that they installed July 18 2025 by middle of August is was broke now it's end of January with the back and forth they still don't have it fixed we are going on three weeks from the last time mb heating and cooling was at the house saying it's a different part. Haven't heard anything about. I just wish now they would refund the money and ill take my business somewhere better. Just got updated it's going to be over aweek out to receive parts in. Then technician is off till Thursday February 5 2026. They said the wrong email was sent for the warrantied part. I would add pictures of all the phone calls
