The only problem is their automation only allows for "emergency (yes/no)" and if you say "no" (like I did), your call is handled whenever they get to it. (the equivalent is like either going to the ER or to the doctor whenever you can get an appointment.) In our case, we had *some* heat, so we would defer to people with *no* heat. That said, we don't want to wait until next week to have someone out. I had to call to have that happen. They need an HVAC equivalent to Prompt Care.

Talked me into a fancier system at $14,000. Technicians made a mess in my house, walking around with muddy boots, but hey job done. Months later my humidifier went out and I started to look into things on my own. Had a tech come out and tell me the vapor pad needed to be changed and the sales guy suggested a another new part. I googled both of these components and both were WAY less than they claimed the parts would cost. They claimed a vapor pad was over a hundred dollars (five bucks at Wal-Mart), and the valve was 750 bucks (40 bucks at Menards). I now doubt that I needed a whole new HVAC system at all to be honest, and feel scammed. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
- JAJan AllenNov 18, 20255.0I needed a new garbage disposal but also had a fruit fly issue. I had another company come twice but they wouldn't help til I got rid of the flies. I called MB and Jason came. He replaced my disposal. He showed me all the gunk in it feeding the flies. Ha also showed me that the left pcv pipe was leaking so replaced that. All new under the kitchen sinks. That was yesterday. Today there are hardly any flies. Jason was very polite, empathetic towards my issues, very knowledgeable and efficient! Thank goodness your company hires people like Jason! Great job!
